'Ms.Pleat Cut-Out Dress ' by Onarins is designed in two separated piece. The top is constructed with pleat at the bust and has halter neck straps with a self tie back detail. The skirt tie at the bust, complete with curve-accentuating cutouts from the ribs to the waist before this beautiful silk- piece falls into a slightly flared hem and move beautifully. It'll work for both cocktail parties and beachside dinners.
